Decree No. 11031 of 12 March 2026 updated the euro value and adaptation coefficient used in drug pricing. Direct effects for pharmaceutical warehouses and importers.

The Decree on the Pricing of Human Medicinal Products (No. 11031) was published in the Official Gazette dated 12 March 2026, No. 33194. It changes the "euro value" and the coefficient used in drug pricing.
During the transition period of 13 March
1 April 2026 the euro value is applied as TRY 26.8767; from 1 April 2026 it is set at TRY 29.1164. The key structural change is that the adaptation coefficient rises from 60% to 65% as of 1 April 2026.
This update directly affects pharmaceutical companies, warehouses, pharmacies and the reimbursement system. For organizations planning costs in the imported-medicine supply chain, the euro value and coefficient form the basis of price calculations.
